Court and Land Records

The Court and Land Records subscription is managed by the Clerk's office and allows access to these two websites:

The ClerkConnect Website contains Civil Suit index searches from January 1, 1986 through current with images beginning May 24, 2006. It also contains Criminal, Traffic and Family Nonsupport case information including offense date, charge filed, case history, service, minutes, and disposition. The printing fee is $10 per minute entry with no charge for printing other documents.

The eSearch Website contains index searches for Mortgage (beginning 1/1/35), Conveyance (vendor beginning 1/1/35 and vendee beginning 1/1/66) and UCC records filed in our parish. Viewing of document images begins January 1, 1935. The printing fee is $1 per page.

Court and Land Records Subscription Fees

  • New Subscriber Setup Fee - $100.00 one time

  • Monthly Subscriber Fee - $65.00 per month per User ID (minimum of one month required)

  • Mortgage, Conveyance & UCC - $1.00 per printed page

  • Criminal, Traffic & Family Non-Support - $10.00 per printed minute entry (no charge for printing other documents)

  • Civil - No per page printing fee

  • Viewing Documents - No additional fee

Account Setup

For a Court and Land Records subscription, please complete the Credit Application for Charge Account and the Online Court and Land Records Subscription Agreement forms that are linked on the sidebar.

A Court and Land Records Subscription must have an open charge account with our office. This is a thirty day open account. The subsequent $65 per month fee and any printing fees will be billed to your office charge account. A statement will be sent to you at the beginning of each month and upon receiving this statement, the total amount shown is due. Accounts will be closed for delinquency in payment.

Accepted means of payment are: Cash, Check, Money Order and Credit/Debit Cards. All Credit/Debit Card payments are assessed a 3% convenience fee and can only be made in the office or by phone. There are no recurring payments charged to your card and your card information will not be retained by our office.

Mail both forms with payment of $165 which includes the one-time set-up fee of $100 and the first month's recurring subscription fee of $65. You may also e-mail the forms to melinda.leonpacher@lpclerk.com and you will be contacted to obtain your one-time credit/debit card payment of $165 (plus 3% convenience fee of $4.95). Once your account is activated, you will be notified by e-mail.
